I have also been taking 25mg meclazine for vertigo but tbh it doesn’t do much for me. She prescribed me a 10 day course of prednisone to help w the inflammation so hopefully that helps. Doctor told me it sounds like vestibular neuritis possibly triggered by the vaccine. I had another doctors appt and mentioned that these symptoms are happening when I get my vaccines. Got my 2nd Moderna vaccine about 2-3 days later and 2-3 days after that I was hit with extreme brain fog and vertigo again that lasted almost all day for 2 day. Went to two more doctors because I believed I had an ear infection, was given a 5 day course of Prednisone, which to be honest my symptoms were already subsiding so I didn’t think much about how well the prednisone worked. By this point was dealing with ear pain/fullness but dizziness was mainly gone. Symptoms started to subside, although I was still having small bouts of vertigo. Got blood drawn everything came back normal. Went to two doctors and they said I was having allergies/anxiety. Got my first vaccine on March 21st had severe brain fog and dizziness after the first week or so of getting the vaccine. I am planning on seeing my PCP to discuss symptoms and perhaps get a head scan. The heaviness is felt mostly on the left side of my head, left eye, base of skull and neck. The flu-like symptoms lasted one day but ever since the second shot (10 days ago) I have had episodes of mild vertigo, dizziness and a constant feeling of heaviness in my head. Typical second day symptoms of lethargy, and flu-like symptoms. Second Moderna vaccine on April 15th, 2021. That lasted one day but the heaviness in my head never went away. Dizziness and room spinning if I moved my head or body too quickly. Two and a half weeks after the first shot I woke up experiencing scary vertigo. No side effects except for a sore arm for a day or two.Įight days after the first shot, I developed what the media is calling "Covid Arm." There was a puffy, itchy red area at the injection site, about 2" in diameter. I was tested for Covid antibodies before my first Moderna vaccine and I never had Covid. I thought I was the only one experiencing vertigo and brain fog after my Moderna vaccines. Overall I can say that it has gotten better though still I feels weird and feels some strange feelings, I guess that also might by my anxiety. Also after second shot I been having various pain and pressure in the chest, but I have been having some of that ever since my lymphoma treatment so it is hard to judge. Now it has been a week since I started using that drug and also 3,5 weeks since my second shot, nausea almost disappeared, dizziness also got quiet better, there is just sometimes that it gets worse, I have a slight joint pain not really that much of tiredness, however few days ago at night I felt pain in my hand above bicep, not in the hand of vaccination, and I noticed that there is maybe a small lymph-node in that place that was hurting, it is very small and hard to find, but I think it is there, having gone through lymphoma it feels scary. One day after that I woke up with dizziness, nausea, flu like symptoms, but they got a little bit better, had no chills after that, mainly just dizziness and nausea, oh and also I got this like slight obstruction when breathing especially in the morning, these feelings lasted for a week, I got to my GP and she prescribed a drug called Pramistar. one week after that in the evening I started to feel dizzy, vertigo and cold, had chills and all the reminded my of the feelings that I had when I was sick with lymphoma so it was very unpleasant. In the evening after the shot I got a regular reaction, feeling like flu, fever and the regular stuff, after that I felt bad for about 4 days and later it has gone away, but. I think I had one instance of severe vertigo one day latter, bet felt ok after that, maybe some insignificant symptoms, like more intense tinnitus than usually. After first shot, immediately after the shot, I felt almost nothing and then I felt pretty normal for two days, on a third day in the evening I started feeling bad, had a cold sweat and went to bed. During that time I had dizziness and vertigo and been having tinnitus lately after being at the screen for longer periods. I am 33, finished successful treatment of non-hogkins lymphoma about 1,5 year ago.
